Follow these steps to verify that your Volkswagen is compatible:

Step 1

Hold the MENU button for 3 seconds
Select Software Update / Versions
Locate Installed SW Train Version

Step 2

Check that your SW Train Version looks like one of these examples:

• MST2_EU_VW_PQ_P0xxxT
• MST2_EU_VW_ZR_P0xxxT
• MST2_EU_VW_PxxxxD
• MST2_EU_VW_ExxxxD
• MST2_EU_VW_KxxxxD

Where x can be any digit.

Step 3

Check the number of SD card slots on your headunit:

• If your unit (with navigation) has 2 SD card slots — compatible ✅
• If your unit has 1 SD card slot — not compatible ❌

If you have 1 slot but your infotainment has the App-Connect function, and your software version ends with the letter D, then this SD card will work.

❗ Important Notice:

Once activated, the SD card becomes permanently linked to your vehicle’s headunit and cannot be reused or returned. Please verify compatibility before purchase or contact us for assistance.
