This product (VW Sirocco Sat Nav SD Card), worked straight away with no problem whatsoever, providing a clear accurate display. All of my pre-set destinations etc. remained unchanged. Although there was a slight delivery problem, my communications with David were quickly and effectively dealt with.

Great Price and Excellent Customer Service Verified Purchase
I highly recommend this product, and was very impressed with the excellent customer service. I purchased the SD card, close to Christmas. Due to MY error, I contacted them to let them know it wasn't working. Although it was Xmas eve, they responded within an hour, asking me to send a photo of my SD card and also a Video of the problem. The problem was, I had not removed my old SD card by following the "SAFELY REMOVAL" procedure.
