The communications was brilliant answering emails very quickly I was unsure what system I had in my car sent them a email they asked for a photo of my system and then advised on which card I required . the delivery was very quick unfortunately it didn't work in my car they were very helpful trying to get the problem sorted out I think it's my car not their card and they honored their warranty and refunded me I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I get different car
