 SEAT MIB2 WIRED APPLE CARPLAY/ANDROID AUTO ACTIVATION SD CARD

Wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto activation SD card. Wireless option is also available with an additional Wireless Apple Carplay / Android Auto Module please click here.

Compatible with Seat manufactured 2015-2021 with MIB2 head units. 

This will activate Android Auto and Apple CarPlay in your MIB2 units.

If your SW train version begins with MST2 and ends with T and it has 2 SD card slots, it's compatible (units with navigation only).

To find your SW Train Version, please do the following:

   - Hold the MENU button for 3 seconds
   - Select Software update/versions
   - Installed SW Train Version

What isn't compatible?

• Headunits with 1 SD card slot (without navigation).
• Versions that end in P01xxT or P05xxT

IMPORTANT

If your SW train version ends in P02xxT, you will need to perform coding via OBDEleven/VCDS to display Apple CarPlay/Android Auto.

Note regarding early vehicles (2015/2016)

• Some early cars from 2015/2016 may require you to replace the USB port for Apple CarPlay functionality. Android Auto will work regardless.
• Additional coding may be necessary using a programming device (such as VCDS or OBDEleven) to display the activated services (Apple CarPlay and Android Auto).
