After a little delay (only a few days) in delivery, I just popped out the old DVD in my Ford MX system and popped in the first [system] upgrade disk, it took a little while for the software update then following the update progress bar hitting 100% the system shut down. Powering the unit back on input the CODE and ejected the DVD, inserted the Navigation disk and after bit of disk activity the navigation update began, finished and powered down. Tuned on and checked everything .... my unit is again working correctly (previously the 2012 navigation disk was having problems searching for places and would stop looking with DATA READ ERROR. So with this update I should now have 2021 maps :)

The old disc was ejected via the podcast on the internet,so I just put the new disc straight in without bothering with the cleaning disc. It loaded no problem and am now up to date. Simple.

I purchased the Ford NX GPS update DVD on Friday, it arrived on Saturday , Installed and it works a treat. super. the same day I purchased from another vendor the GPS update CD for the MB clk 320 still waiting for it to arrive, snail mail perhaps?
