GREAT PRODUCT.
ORDERED AUDI MMI UPDATE CARDS FOR MAPS, WOULD NOT OPEN GREEN SCREEN AS AUDI HAD LOCKED IT, DAVID AT SAT NAV UPDATES SENT ANOTHER SD CARD TO UNLOCK IT AND TALKED ME THROUGH THE UPDATE PROCESS, COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL, WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS TO ANYONE WANTING TO UPGRADE THEIR SAT NAV.

These maps take a while to upload but that is the system. This worked perfectly and has updated my maps which were well out of date. I have been on roads that my old map wasn't showing so I know it works.
