Worked perfectly - just what I wanted!

Very Helpful
Even though I had ordered the wrong item , they were very good to make sure I had the right items for my system. Being a novice at this they were very helpful. Very pleased with my products.
My only issue would be when receiving the item, it would be nice to have some updating instructions. It would have saved me from annoying them with incessant questions. I would certainly buy from them again.

Excellent Service and Product
I was a little sceptical about how easy this would be to do and whether or not it would work to enable Apple Car Play on my 2016 Audi Q7. Communication was good and the fact that you had to send pictures of existing software details gave me confidence that SNMU knew what they were doing. The instructions were self explanatory and the cards came in a few days. My only warning is that as you can’t leave the car without power don’t underestimate the time it will take. It does clarify this but I started a little late in the evening and wished I had waited til the weekend.
